Our complement of 25 rooms comprises our four executive studios that are in our newly built block which also houses our reception, office and our guest laundry room. These rooms are spacious and stylish, and styled with high quality locally sourced furnishing which create an immediate feeling of comfort and wellbeing.

Our balance of 21 original rooms houses our complement of deluxe apartments and is a mixture of two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studios that have recently been completely refurbished to the exact same quality and standards as our new executive suites. The results are stunning and one of the many features is the sheer space that these rooms afford our guests.

We are superbly situated on the Hagley Park end of Riccarton Road. Our location is ideal for corporate clients needing to be in close proximity to the business districts; for visitors and holidaymakers, families and groups, special interest and sporting groups; and of course those needing to be close to the Christchurch Hospital which is just two minutes away.

Executive Studio

You will find your executive studio in our newly built block. These rooms are spacious, stylish and furnished with high quality locally sourced furnishings which create an immediate feeling of comfort and wellbeing and a great sense of space.

Each studio has a sliding door which opens onto a private patio and lawn area which captures the morning and daytime sun. Your studio has a well-equipped kitchen with cooking hob, extractor hood, microwave, dish drawer and fridge/freezer, a personal desk with a wireless phone charger built into the desk lamp, smart TV, dining table and chairs, super king bed which can be split into two large single beds.

Executive Double Apartment

You will find your executive double apartment in our newly built block.

This apartment has the same main area appointments as the executive studios with the addition of a separate bedroom and a larger bathroom. In the main living/bedroom area there is a sliding door which opens onto a private patio and lawn area which captures the morning and daytime sun. Your apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with cooking hob, extractor hood, microwave, dish drawer, and fridge/freezer, a personal desk with a wireless phone charger built into the desk lamp, smart TV, dining table and chairs, super king bed in the main living/bedroom area and a queen bed in the additional bedroom. The bathroom features a large bath and a separate shower for your convenience.

Deluxe Studio

Your Deluxe Studio has been recently refurbished with you in mind. Our studio suites are spacious, stylish and furnished with high quality furnishings. Quality and comfort were the aim, and our Studio suites deliver exactly that.

The deluxe studio each have a kitchenette with microwave and fridge/freezer, a dining area, desk, smart TV, super king bed which can be split into two single beds and a single bed. These rooms also have their own ensuite bathroom.

Deluxe One Bedroom

Your Deluxe One Bedroom has been recently refurbished with you in mind. One of the many features of these suites is the sheer space these rooms afford our guests. Quality and comfort were the aim, and these deliver exactly that and will not disappoint.

The apartments each have a kitchenette with microwave and fridge/freezer, a dining area, desk, comfortable lounge with sofa and coffee table, smart TV, super king bed which can be split into two large single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Deluxe One Bedroom Family

Our new Deluxe One Bedroom Family Apartment is a great option for small families or groups of 3. The room features one king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and one extra single bed added into the spacious lounge area. The king bedroom can also be arranged as a twin on request.

All of our rooms feature smart TVs, work desks, fridge/freezers, microwaves, kettles, and coffee table & chairs, as well as unlimited free high speed WIFI.

Deluxe Two Bedroom

Looking to accommodate more than 2 persons or need a bedroom each? Our Deluxe Two Bedroom apartments have been recently refurbished to an outstanding quality standard using locally sourced quality furnishings.

These two-bedroom apartments feature a large lounge with dining area, kitchenette with microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee table and a comfortable sofa. The main bedroom has a king size bed which can be split into two single beds and a second bedroom with a queen size bed.
